System 3000D Update to Software
Updates System 3000D with the authorized event and FIPS codes as of April 2003
Please contact MTS at 919 553 2995 if you need the update diskette. It is no longer available for download.
If you received an update diskette from MTS start HERE:
Mount the diskette in the drive on System 3000D. Press the front panel keys [ESC] [ENT] [2] [9] [9] [5] and wait for the menu to display on the LCD. Press [F5] to restart System 3000D.
The LCD displays the progress of the update and prompts you to remove the diskette just before it reboots.
Remember to review and adjust the event forwarding setup to suit your station's needs. Press the front panel keys [ESC] [ENT] [2] [9] [9] [5] and wait for the menu to display on the LCD. Press [F3] for the setup menu, then press [5] to view and adjust the event forwarding delay. The System 3000D Manual explains this in greater detail.
