This application is perfect for Emergency Management offices which need to originate Emergency Alert System messages without the expense of a broadcast station encoder-decoder. The MTS EAS Encoder is especially suited for mobile command vehicles because it runs on portable laptop and desktop systems. MTS EAS Encoder is easy to use and features the familiar Windows environment.
MTS EAS Encoder orchestrates the setup of the data message and recording the optional audio warning message, then transmits the warning as a single entity. Operator error is virtually eliminated and the emergency information is distributed faster with MTS EAS Encoder.
The output of MTS EAS Encoder is fully compatible with both EAS and WRSAME. All approved events may be encoded for up to 20 individual counties. The built-in FIPS database insures the accuracy of the encoded message. Universal time (GMT) is automatically calculated and displayed. Every option is selected by point-and-click methods.
